Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О нотариате" (газета "Эркин-Тоо" от 14 марта 2023 года № 19) следующие изменения:
1) часть 1 статьи 39 дополнить пунктом 26 следующего содержания:
"26) выносят нотариальные приказы.";
2) статью 44 после цифр "95" дополнить цифрами ", 1002";
3) дополнить главой 151 следующего содержания:
"Глава 151. Приказное производство
