Внести в Трудовой кодекс Кыргызской Республики (газета "Эркин-Тоо" от 28 января 2025 года № 6) следующее изменение: статью 242 дополнить частью 5 следующего содержания: "5. Взыскание начисленной, но не выплаченной заработной платы осуществляется в порядке, предусмотренном законодательством в сфере нотариальной деятельности.".
