Уполномоченный орган вправе применить к профессиональным участникам страхового рынка санкции вне зависимости от примененных к ним ранее мер надзорного реагирования. Порядок применения санкции к профессиональным участникам страхового рынка определяется законодательством Кыргызской Республики о правонарушениях и настоящим Законом.
