1. Суда могут находиться в государственной, муниципальной и частной формах собственности на постоянной или временной основе.
2. Право собственности на судно возникает с момента государственной регистрации в реестре судов.
3. Собственник вправе передать судно другому лицу по договору или по доверенности.
