Вред, причиненный физическим или юридическим лицом повреждением или уничтожением средств навигационного оборудования судовых ходов, пирсов, причалов и других объектов, принадлежащих владельцу водного транспорта, подлежит возмещению в соответствии с Гражданским кодексом Кыргызской Республики.
