Оплата труда работников, занятых в особых условиях труда (на тяжелых работах, работах с вредными, опасными и иными особыми условиями труда, на работах с особыми климатическими условиями) производится в порядке и размерах, установленных нормативными правовыми актами Кыргызской Республики. Перечень работ определяется Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики.
