Работодатель обязан выдать не позднее 5 рабочих дней по письменному заявлению работника, в том числе бывшего, надлежаще заверенные копии документов, связанных с работой (приказы о приеме на работу, переводах на другую работу, увольнении с работы, выписки из трудовой книжки, справки о заработной плате и периоде работы в данной организации и другое).
