Статья 206. Обучение и инструктирование работников по охране труда

1. Все работники организаций, включая работодателя, обязаны проходить обучение, проверку знаний по охране труда в порядке, установленном Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики.
2. Допуск к работе лиц, не прошедших в установленном порядке обучение, инструктирование и проверку знаний по охране труда, запрещается.
