Внести в Жилищный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (газета "Эркин-Тоо" от 26 июля 2013 года № 62) следующие изменения: в статье 48:
а) в части 1 слова "государственного или муниципального жилищного фонда" исключить;
б) часть 4 признать утратившей силу.
