1. Базовая организация технопарка является учредителем технопарка, предоставляет объекты инфраструктуры, оборудование и другие ресурсы, необходимые для организации деятельности технопарка.
2. Базовая организация технопарка принимает решения о создании, реорганизации и ликвидации технопарка и утверждает Устав технопарка.
