Меры государственной поддержки, установленные настоящим Законом, предоставляются включенным в ГРТ технопаркам при соблюдении ими условий, предусмотренных настоящим Законом, законами Кыргызской Республики, регулирующими финансово-бюджетную сферу, нормативными правовыми актами Кабинета Министров Кыргызской Республики.
