Кабинету Министров Кыргызской Республики в течение двух лет со дня вступления в силу настоящего Закона довести размер Фонда защиты депозитов до 15 000 000 000 (пятнадцати миллиардов) сомов за счет средств республиканского бюджета посредством выпуска государственных ценных бумаг на рыночных условиях.
