Настоящий Закон подлежит официальному опубликованию и вступает в силу с 1 января 2024 года за исключением пунктов 14, 17 и 40 статьи 1 настоящего Закона, которые вступают в силу с 3 апреля 2023 года. Опубликован в официальной государственной газете «Эркин-Тоо» от 6 февраля 2024 года № 10 (3563)
