Кабинет Министров Кыргызской Республики вправе вносить уточнения во взаимные расчеты республиканского бюджета с бюджетами органов местного самоуправления согласно принимаемым соответствующими органами нормативным правовым актам, а также структурным изменениям, изменениям объемов производства (работ, услуг), уровням цен.
