1. Государственное управление в сфере обеспечения радиационной безопасности осуществляется Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Выработка политики и осуществление надзорно-контрольных функций в сфере обеспечения радиационной безопасности реализуются уполномоченными государственными органами, определяемыми Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики.
