Нормативы качества атмосферного воздуха разрабатываются и утверждаются в порядке, установленном Правительством Кыргызской Республики. Нормативы качества атмосферного воздуха являются едиными на всей территории Кыргызской Республики. В необходимых случаях для отдельных территорий могут устанавливаться специальные нормативы.
