Обязанности государственной службы наблюдения за уровнем загрязнения окружающей среды при состоянии атмосферного воздуха, угрожающем здоровью людей

Если в результате неблагоприятного сочетания метеорологических факторов, выбросов загрязняющих веществ в атмосферу и других вредных воздействий на атмосферный воздух в отдельных районах возникает угроза здоровью людей и окружающей среде, органы государственной службы наблюдения за уровнем загрязнения окружающей среды обязаны немедленно сообщить об этом Правительству Кыргызской Республики.
