Сельскохозяйственным кооперативом признается добровольное
объединение сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей (граждан и
юридических лиц) на основе членства для совместной деятельности по
производству, переработке, хранению, транспортировке, сбыту
сельскохозяйственной продукции, а также для иной не запрещенной
законом деятельности путем добровольного объединения его членами
паевых взносов в целях удовлетворения материальных и иных
потребностей его участников.
