1. Жилищные кредиты на строительство или покупку жилья могут
предоставляться банками, специализированными кредитными учреждениями
и/или иными лицами. Условия и порядок предоставления жилищных
кредитов определяется сторонами индивидуально, с учетом сложившейся
практики и с соблюдением требований законодательства Кыргызской
Республики.
2. Кредит на строительство жилого дома предоставляется согласно
условиям кредитного договора.
