The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 30 мая 2016 года № 75.

Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О государственной службе" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2004 г., № 12, ст.529) следующее дополнение: часть 1 статьи 17 дополнить абзацем следующего содержания: "- к владению государственным языком в объеме, необходимом для осуществления деятельности государственного служащего в предусмотренных нормативными правовыми актами случаях.".
