The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 18 января 2022 года № 4.
Внести в Кодекс Кыргызской Республики об административной ответственности (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 2, ст.77) следующие изменения:
1. В абзаце втором статьи 85-1 слова "от одного до трех" заменить словом "пять".
2. Статьи 301-3 и 346-1 признать утратившими силу.
3. В части 1 статьи 508 и в абзаце двадцать третьем подпункта 1 пункта 1 статьи 556-1 цифры "301-3," и "346-1," исключить.
