Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О защите прав потребителей" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1998 г., № 2, ст.5) следующее изменение: абзац четвертый части 2 статьи 9 изложить в следующей редакции: "цену, комиссионные вознаграждения и тарифы в национальной валюте и (или) в процентном выражении, а также условия приобретения товаров (работ, услуг);".
