Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об охране окружающей среды" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 11, ст.452) следующее изменение: часть 6 статьи 15 изложить в следующей редакции: "Ставки и нормативы платежей за использование природных ресурсов, загрязнение окружающей среды и другие негативные воздействия на природу, порядок их взимания и использования устанавливаются Правительством Кыргызской Республики.".
