Настоящий Закон подлежит официальному опубликованию и вступает в силу со дня вступления в силу Договора о присоединении Кыргызской Республики к Договору о Евразийском экономическом союзе от 29 мая 2014 года. Правительству Кыргызской Республики в 3-месячный срок привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
