Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О нефти и газе" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1998 г., № 9, ст.327) следующее изменение: абзац седьмой части 1 статьи 6 изложить в следующей редакции: "- устанавливает правила пользования недрами, их охраны, разработки и эксплуатации нефтяных и газовых месторождений, поставки, пользования, транспортировки, эксплуатации и продажи природного газа и нефти;".
