The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 18 января 2022 года № 4.
Внести в Налоговый кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2008 г., № 8, ст. 922) следующие дополнение и изменение:
1. Пункт 5 статьи 224 после слов «поставку материальных ресурсов» дополнить словами «, а также осуществление оплаты путем проведения товарообменной (бартерной) операции».
2. Пункт 3 части 3 статьи 270 признать утратившим силу.
