Внести в Земельный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 9, ст.440) следующие дополнения:
1. Пункт 3-2 статьи 1 после слова "транспортной," дополнить словом "энергетической,".
2. Пункт 4 статьи 32 после слова "транспорта," дополнить словом "энергетики,".
