Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О местном самоуправлении" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2011 г., № 7, ст.1004) следующее изменение: часть 1 статьи 18 дополнить пунктом 23 следующего содержания: «23) осуществление полномочий в сфере недропользования, отнесенных к введению органов местного самоуправления законодательством Кыргызской Республики о недропользовании.».
