1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении 3 месяцев со дня официального опубликования.
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики:
1) в 6-месячный срок со дня официального опубликования настоящего Закона разработать нормативные правовые акты, необходимые для его реализации;
2) привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
