1. Предметом регулирования настоящего Закона и принимаемых в соответствии с ним иных нормативных правовых актов Кыргызской Республики являются отношения в сфере сохранения, воспроизводства и использования охотничьих ресурсов и среды их обитания, возникающие при осуществлении охоты и ведении охотхозяйственной деятельности (далее - сфера охоты и охотничьего хозяйства).
2. Отношения в сфере охоты и охотничьего хозяйства регулируются также законами Кыргызской Республики "Об охране окружающей среды" и "О животном мире".
