1) Ошский городской кенеш - представительный орган местного самоуправления;
2) мэрия города Ош - исполнительный орган местного самоуправления.
2. Мэрия города Ош и ее должностные лица в своей деятельности подотчетны и подконтрольны Ошскому городскому кенешу.
