1) Бишкекский городской кенеш - представительный орган местного самоуправления;
2) мэрия города Бишкек - исполнительный орган местного самоуправления.
2. Мэрия города Бишкек и ее должностные лица в своей деятельности подотчетны и подконтрольны Бишкекскому городскому кенешу.
