Влет в СССР и вылет из СССР без установленного разрешения, несоблюдение указанных в разрешении маршрутов, мест посадки, воздушных ворот, высоты полетов или иное нарушение правил международных полетов, - наказывается лишением свободы на срок от одного года до десяти лет или штрафом в размере до одной тысячи рублей с конфискацией воздушного судна или без конфискации.
