Уклонение от призыва по мобилизации в ряды Вооруженных Сил СССР, - наказывается лишением свободы на срок от трех до десяти лет. То же деяние, а также уклонение от дальнейших призывов для укомплектования Вооруженных Сил СССР, совершенные в военное время, - наказываются лишением свободы на срок от пяти до десяти лет или смертной казнью.
