Злостное уклонение родителей от платежа установленных судом средств (алиментов) на содержание несовершеннолетних детей или от содержания состоящих на их иждивении нетрудоспособных детей, - наказывается лишением свободы на срок до двух лет, или исправительными работами на тот же срок.
