Мужеложство - наказывается лишением свободы на срок до двух лет. Мужеложство, совершенное с применение насилия, или в отношении несовершеннолетнего, или с использованием зависимого положения потерпевшего, - наказывается лишением свободы на срок от двух до шести лет.
