Гражданин Киргизской ССР обязан беречь и укреплять социалистическую собственность. Долг гражданина Киргизской ССР - бороться с хищениями и расточительством государственного и общественного имущества, бережно относиться к народному добру. Лица, посягающие на социалистическую собственность, наказываются по закону.
