Депутат Верховного Совета Киргизской ССР не может быть привлечен к уголовной ответственности, арестован или подвергнут мерам административного взыскания, налагаемым в судебном порядке, без согласия Верховного Совета Киргизской ССР, а в период между его сессиями - без согласия Президиума Верховного Совета Киргизской ССР.
