Внести в Кодекс об административной ответственности (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1999 г., № 2, ст. 77) следующие изменение и дополнение:
в статье 56: в названии слово «печатных» исключить; абзац первый статьи после слова «повреждение» дополнить словами «аудиовизуальных материалов, а также».
