Внести в Трудовой кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2006 г., № 4, ст. 392) следующее дополнение: часть 1 статьи 64 после слова «квалификации)» дополнить словами «; справку об отсутствии судимости для занятия деятельностью, связанной с воспитанием, обучением и обслуживанием лиц в возрасте до 18 лет».
