В настоящем Техническом регламенте применяются понятия, использованные в Законе Кыргызской Республики "Об основах технического регулирования в Кыргызской Республике", а также следующие понятия: безопасность игрушек - отсутствие недопустимого риска, связанного с причинением вреда жизни и здоровью детей; продукция (игрушки) - результат деятельности труда, представленный в материально-вещественной форме и предназначенный для игры детей.
