Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О выборах депутатов местных кенешей" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2011 г., № 7, ст.1001) следующее дополнение: часть 15 статьи 22 после слов "Работники государственных органов" дополнить словами ", за исключением депутатов Жогорку Кенеша и депутатов местных кенешей,".
