1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
Опубликован в газете "Эркин Тоо" от 30 июля 2013 года № 63-64
Часть 6 статьи 6 настоящего Закона вступает в силу с 1 января 2020 года
2. Кабинету Министров Кыргызской Республики в шестимесячный срок со дня официального опубликования принять меры тарифного и не тарифного регулирования по ограничению ввоза на территорию Кыргызской Республики автомобилей с правосторонним расположением рулевого колеса относительно оси автомобиля.
