Со дня вступления в силу Жилищного кодекса Кыргызской Республики граждане, проживающие в домах государственного или муниципального жилищного фонда, обязаны в течение шести месяцев заключить договоры имущественного найма на условиях и в порядке, установленных жилищным законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
