1. Хозяйства на территории Кыргызской Республики, где содержатся и разводятся животные, подлежат обязательной регистрации, а животные - идентификации и регистрации в сроки, установленные Правительством Кыргызской Республики, за исключением животных (диких), находящихся в состоянии естественной свободы.
2. На территории Кыргызской Республики запрещаются реализация и убой неидентифицированных животных.
