Идентификация животных, учет идентифицированных животных, работа по определению соответствия хозяйства ветеринарно-санитарным требованиям и оформление на эти мероприятия документов по форме, определяемой Правительством Кыргызской Республики, осуществляются за счет средств субъекта хозяйствования.
