The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 2 апреля 2015 года № 69.
1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении 12 месяцев со дня официального опубликования.
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики в 6-месячный срок со дня принятия настоящего Закона привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
