Внести в Уголовный кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1998 г., № 7, ст.229) следующее дополнение: статью 67 дополнить частью 4-1 следующего содержания: "(4-1) Если в отношении лица, обладающего иммунитетом, возбуждено уголовное дело и оно приостановлено в связи с наличием иммунитета, то в данном случае срок давности приостанавливается.".
