Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О нормативных правовых актах Кыргызской Республики" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2009 г., № 7, ст.751) следующее дополнение: статью 3 дополнить абзацем восьмым следующего содержания: "доступность языка нормативного правового акта.".
