Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О защите прав потребителей" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1998 г., № 2, ст.5) следующее изменение: абзац первый пункта 6 статьи 4 изложить в следующей редакции: "6. Потребитель оплачивает фактически полученное им количество товара (работы, услуги). В случаях, предусмотренных законодательством Кыргызской Республики или соглашением сторон, оплата товаров, работ и услуг также может производиться путем внесения предварительной оплаты.".
